Cross bores and bore exits have always been a problem in production and often have to be reworked. Manual reworking should be avoided as far as possible. The mechanical reworking of bore entry, exit and cross bore exit requires special tool geometries. SPPW offers a comprehensive standard program of deburring and countersinking tools.
For the quality of a workpiece, the exit burr is increasingly important as an exclusion criterion. This applies, among other things, to all hydraulic systems that convey fluids at high pressure. The absence of burrs is particularly important for the optimum flow rate and service life of the system. Further applications are the deburring or breaking of edges of valves, housings, drive elements or injection nozzles.
The program of SPPW offers many possibilities to solve deburring problems mechanically.
This results in time and cost savings in production as well as higher quality and process reliability. Our standard range of deburring and countersinking tools includes:
fore-back deburring tool
Micro Forward Reverse Deburring Tool
Concave forward backward deburrer
Conventional countersinks and deburring tools
Multi-V multifunctional tools
In addition to the classic range of countersinking and deburring tools, SPPW offers a large number of deburring tools with diameters of less than 1 mm.
Forward-reverse deburrer from Ø0.2mm
Concave milling cutter from R0.2mm
Multi-V from Ø0,1mm
Micro deburrer from Ø0,5mm
In addition to the classic range of countersinking and deburring tools, SPPW also offers a wide range of
many deburring tools in the smallest range, i.e. with diameters of less than 1 mm.
Forward-reverse deburrer from Ø0.2mm
Concave milling cutter from R0.2mm
Multi-V from Ø0,1mm
Micro deburrer from Ø0,5mm
