As a supplier of high-quality tools for commercial applications, we would like to inform you about important safety aspects and recommendations in connection with the use of our products.
Our offer is aimed exclusively at entrepreneurs within the meaning of Section 14 of the German Civil Code (BGB); our products are not intended for use by consumers within the meaning of the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). Although we supply exclusively to commercial customers and are therefore not directly subject to the GPSR, it is important to us to also keep the safety of end consumers in mind.
On this page we provide you with information to help you in the event of product recalls, safety measures and other aspects of product handling. Please note the following content:

Product Recall: In the event of safety concerns or quality issues, you will find clear instructions on our product recall process and how you as a customer should act accordingly.

Product safety data sheets: Our product safety data sheets (PSD) for carbide and high-speed steel tools contain important safety instructions, handling recommendations and information on disposal. As our tools only differ in terms of product safety due to the cutting material used, we have created generic PSDs for carbide and high-speed steel tools.

Traceability: Our tools are marked with batch numbers for better traceability. These are either on the shanks or on the label.

Precautions and protective clothing: We would like to advise you to take appropriate precautions and wear protective clothing to ensure safety when using our tools.
Safety goggles: Always wear safety goggles to protect your eyes from flying chips, dust and other particles.
Protective gloves: Depending on the type of machining work, protective gloves may be required to protect your hands from cuts, abrasions or heat.
Hearing protection: Wearing hearing protection is recommended for loud machining processes to protect your hearing from damage caused by noise.
We attach great importance to safety and quality, and it is important to us that you can use our tools safely and responsibly. We will be happy to provide you with individual application data on our products.
